I have been with Murfreesboro City Schools since 2011. I also have had a variety of work experiences. I have been in the early childhood field for 26 years, however, this is my sixth year teaching in a public school. My most recent work experience has been at MTSU. At MTSU, I worked with a state program providing professional development for those who work in the early childhood field. I have been an active member in a local/state professional organization of NEA.
I live with my family in a home in Rutherford County. My husband, Matt, and I have three girls-Isabelle, Abigail, and Keely. We have a cat named Bucky and a dog named Reese. I grew up in Ohio and have lived in Tennessee since 1995. I am a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. I love to go on walks, enjoy picnics, love the color fuchsia, and value time with family.
I cherish being a teacher and am honored being your child’s teacher!
