Natalie Hardiman
Welcome to Reeves-Rogers Elementary! I am happy to be serving as Principal of this amazing, small school with a long-standing history with the community. I began my career in 2003 teaching in Murfreesboro City Schools after moving to Murfreesboro from Columbia, TN to attend MTSU. I taught for 10 years in the classroom. I received my Masters degree in Integrating Technology in the Classroom. I also have my Ed.S. in Administration and Supervision from MTSU. Having been Assistant Principal at multiple schools over the past 7 years, I have gained a wealth of experience, knowledge, and leadership skills. I am excited to continue partnering with our teachers and families to grow leaders of tomorrow.

I am honored to serve as assistant principal at Reeves-Rogers Elementary. I am extremely excited to be a part of the Mustang Nation.
I am a proud graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham where I received my Bachelor of Science in Elementary & Early Childhood Education. After serving the students of Shelby County, Alabama for two years, I relocated to Tennessee where I worked in Rutherford County for five years. During this time I received my Master of Arts in Instructional Leadership from Bethel University. My classroom experience includes teaching grades 3 through 6, as well as serving as the robotics teacher and coach for Overall Creek Elementary.
I am passionate about forging relationships with students, faculty and staff, as well as our parents and community partners. I am dedicated to ensuring that students have maximum opportunities to excel academically, socially, and emotionally so that every member of the Mustang Nation is the greatest possible version of themselves.
